Level 1
For lodging, a service request/complaint online, contact helpline number 1800 266 2256 (Toll-Free) or 1860 266 2256 from any Landline & Mobile: Monday to Sunday (9 am – 8 pm).or email to customer service desk at [email protected]
They will acknowledged you complaint within 24 working hours after investigating the matter internally, they will send response within a period of 5 working days.
Level 2
If you are not satisfied with the decision given by customer support team, you can email at [email protected], your complaint will be responded to you within 15 working days from the date you addressed the complaint to the given Email.
