Refunds
If customer wish to cancel a reservation after purchased the airplane ticket, They can change it to an open ticket (non-reserved) that can be used up to the expiry date of the airplane ticket, or it's provide a refund.
Please get a refund for the forgotten airplane ticket by the refund expiry date. The refund expiry date is calculated as 30 days starting on the day following the airplane ticket period of validity.
Customer can receive the refund, with the refund fee deducted, at the AIRDO counter or at the travel agency where the customer purchased the airplane ticket.
