If the delivery is not made, or the customer is not available at the delivery address, the courier company will hold the product for 3 days and will then return it back to the All That Grows office.

Once the order has been processed, and the package has been dispatched to the courier company, any request by the customer to change the delivery address will incur an additional charge.

All prepaid orders are shipped within 3 days and the COD order shall be dispatched within 2 days after order confirmation.

Customer can return the product within 7 days of receiving the shipment, provided they are in their original purchase condition.
