Order is dispatched within 2-3 days of receiving the order.
Once the Order is shipped, the product is delivered to the Customer within 2-7 days and may be longer in remote locations within India.
Product is not delivered on Sundays or gazzeted holidays.
Returns and Refund
If order is lost in transit/undelivered by agent due to no fault of the Customer, full amount will be refunded to the User's Bank account, in case of online payment.
In case, Customer received a wrong/damaged product, report within 2 days of delivery and submit a picture of wrong/damaged product as a proof on email : [email protected]. After analysing the issue the team will accept the request and order shall be replaced with the correct product within 2-7 days of submitting the proof.
Once the return order is received, refund will be initiated and checked by our team, usually within 24-48 hours of receiving the return.
