Grievance Redressal Procedure

Level 1 :

If you have any query/complaint, then you can contact to the Branch Manager(BM) or Regional Manager (RM) by calling at this Toll-Free No.: 18001027049 or you can also email at [email protected] / [email protected]

Your complaint will be heard with in the 5 working days from the date of receipt of the complaint.

Level 2 :

If your complaint is not resolved within 10 working days , then you can contact to the Principal Nodal Officer (PNO). Email: [email protected] , [email protected] Address: Belstar Microfinance Limited Corporate Office, No:4/14, Soundrapandian Street Ashok Nagar, Chennai - 600083.

Your complaint will be heard within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the complaint.

Level 3 :

If you are still not satisfied by the response received from PNO or if you does not receive any response from the PNO or branch within 15 working days , then you can contact to the Microfinance Institutions Network (MFIN) or you can also call at 18001021080.

Level 4 :

If your complaint is still not resolved by the above levels within 30 working days from the date of complaint , then you can lodge your complaint through Complaint Management System (CMS) Portal.
