Grievance Redressal Procedure

Level 1:

If you have any query/complaint, then you can contact at 0712-6663999 Ext No.: 207 or email to [email protected] .

You can also visit to the head office between (Mon-Fri, 10:00am to 06:30pm) and 10:00 am to 03:30pm on saturday.

Level 2

If your query is still not resolved, then you can contact to the nodal officer via email [email protected] or by post Avinisha Tower, Mehadia Chowk, Dhantoli, Nagpur -440012

It will take 7 working days to resolve your complaint.

Level 3:

If you are still not satisfied by the solution given in Level 1 and Level 2, then you can complaint online through Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) Ombudsman.

It will take 30 working days to resolve your complaint.

Level 4:

If your complaint/query is still not resolved, then you can lodge your complain online through Complaint Management System (CMS)
