Login to your Born Babies account and then head on to order history option.

You will find all the products you have ordered on the screen now click on the product that you like to return or exchange.

In the product section, you will see a return link next to the product click on the page which redirects to the page return page

Fill all the necessary and valid detail properly and submit the request.

Thats it, Order delivery team will pick up your product at the preferred time and location.

They will refund the amount within 5-7 working days in your born babies account.

Once the amount is refunded into your born babies account you can redeem against the new purchase

Before Choosing the Refund Process. Please select the Bornbabies Wallet or Original Payment Mode[Bank].

Usually for most of the metros and cities delivery time will be 3-5 days for other areas product will be shipped through Postal service it may take 1-2 weeks according to the locations.

Other cities outside India it might take 1-2 weeks from the time of dispatch.

While placing order you can find an estimated date of delivery.
