Shipment of custom made by goldsmiths, please allow up to minimum 12-14 working days for the jewellery (depending on the type of jewellery) to be dispatched after receiving cleared payments.
The delivery date mentioned on the website is a tentative date based on major cities and primary locations.
Products are shipped post receipt of full payment against the order except in the case of COD.
Shipping is absolutely free to all locations across India.
Cancellation & Refund
Refunds for payment made through debit/credit cards/net banking, will be processedby reversal of the same transaction. This would take around 3-5 working days.
In cases of refunds under 15 days return, refund is subject to quality confirmation by skilled quality assurance team and verification of product documents like insurancecertificate, original invoice and product certificate.
You can cancel your order for a product at no cost any time before we dispatch theorder from our end and you receive an " Order Shipped" Confirmation.
Cancellation of orders placed using gift cards, the gift card amount will be refunded back to the Candere Wallet.
