Refund
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, Customer care tem will send you an email to notify you that team have received your returned item.
Support team will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Return
Return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If Customer recieved to be damaged or different order, please drop an email at [email protected] along with the pictures of the package including, the external box (with the label) and all the products which you have received.
Replacement of the product within 6-8 working days after verifying the issue.
