Shipping/Delivery
Order is shipped within 7 days of order confirmation.
In some cases, it may take upto 21 days as the company has to procure products from other warehouse/store.
If the shipping provider cannot make delivery to the customer at provided address, second attempt will be made. If second attempt also fails, the parcel will be sent back and refund will be initiated for pre-paid orders.
Return/Refund
Returned items must be received within 15 days of shipping confirmation date.
In case of damaged or defective item, or item is defective in material within 30 days wear, it is valid for return and if found faulty amount will be refunded.
Items for return are picked up from the original address within 2-4 days.
Once the return has been approved by the company, refund will be credited within 7-12 days.
In case of product damaged upon arrival, customer has to inform within 24 hours of receiving the product and full refund will be provided after approval from the company.
