Order Receiving

Cancellation

In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company, Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
Once company receive the products back and verify its packaging/condition, they will refund your money within 4-5 business days.
Return / Warranty
Warranty on Charging cable is 6 months
Following cases are not covered in the above warranty-
Faults due to wear & tear.
Faults resulting from improper use.
Water damage. Please note that Crossloop earphones are water resistant not waterproof.
In case you face problems, you will get 100% warranty against any manufacturing defect upto 1 year.
If the customer wants a refund the full amount will be refunded to user's bank account within 30 working days.
