The quality of our products with a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

The warranty is valid for upto six months from the date of purchase.

To file a warranty claim, raise a ticket for that product from Help Desk.

Customer can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 30 days of its delivery for one or all products in your order.

The products will be picked up within 4-5 days. A refund or replacement will be initiated, thereafter.

Customer Support team via Help Desk within 2 days of receiving the order.

Shipping is free for all prepaid orders above Rs. 749/-. A flat Rs. 49 charge is applied to all Prepaid orders below Rs. 749/- and Rs. 99 extra charges for all Cash on delivery orders.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Customer can cancel the order have not been shipped yet, you can write to customer support team at [email protected] or call on 8010667667 between 9am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday.

The order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 48-72 hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by customer team.

In case of cancellation before shipment, the refund is processed within 3-4 days after receiving the cancellation request.
