Return/Refund/Cancellation
Amount will be refunded within a week for products having a validity of 1 month, and for products having the validity of more than a month amount will be refunded within a month.
In case you received a damaged product, or product not meeting the original specifications contact us, within 24 hours of delivery of the product.
Order may be cancelled by Edugorilla in non-availability of product/quantity/services, receiving the order of cancellation after shipment of product, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information.
In case, cancellation notice is received before processing of the order, the order will be cancelled and entire amount will be refunded within a reasonable period of time.
Bulk Order will be cancelled if address is invalid, or any malpractise is used to place the order.
