Sign in to your Etsy account if you aren’t already, or create an account.

Type your question into the textbox.

After you Send your message, the seller will be notified and can respond.

If the processing time for an item you purchased is 3-5 days, and the transit time for the delivery method you chose is usually 2-4 days, your estimated delivery date is 5-9 days from today.
