If cancelled 3 hours or more prior to appointment time, there is no cancellation fee and you will receive a 100% refund.

Wedding/Group Bookings (Bridal/Groom/Kiosks) If cancelled 1 day or more prior to the appointment date, there is no cancellation fee and you will receive a 100% refund. If cancelled less than 1 day before the appointment date, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking amount.
