For cancellation of the product that has not been shipped yet/ has been shipped but has not yet delivered contact customer support team via mail at [email protected] or call at 97171 56666 (Mon-Sat, 9:15am-6pm). Money will be refunded within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request.

In case the order is hannded over to the courier company, kindly do not accept the delivery of the order if you have cancelled the order. After verifying order's packaging/condition, support team will refund your money within 7-10 business days.

For any return of the order, order must be in its original conditions with all tags and labels in it.
