You can cancel your booking anytime before your scheduled date and time of pickup.This can be done by using the Gozo Mobile App or by calling anytime on 24x7 Customer Care Helpline 9051877000.
If you have cancelled your booking they will be issuing you full refund.
To request refund contact them with your booking details (sent to you via sms and email after booking) within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds are usually processed within 21 days from the date of request
