For any Domestic Flights cancellations for goGOLD, goFLEX, or goLITE* fares made within 24 hours of departure are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Call the reservation centre +1-800-665-0212 to cancel your flight.
For International Flights cancellations within 24 hours of flight time result in a full forfeiture of the fare.
Cancellations more than 24 hours prior to departure will remain as a flight credit for use within 18 months of the first cancellation date.
