Level 1 :
For any query/complaint :
Call 044-42984541 (10.00 am to 6.00 pm, Monday-Friday & 10.00am to 2.00pm on 1st & 2nd Saturdays excluding national holidays & Regional holidays).
Customer will receive a response within 10 working days.
Level 2 :
If the resolution provided in Level 1 does not meet your expectation or customer did not receive a response within the defined timescales, than customer can send escalations to Customer Services Manager.
Level 3 :
If the resolution provided in Level 2 does not meet your expectation or customer did not receive a response within the defined timescales, than customer write to the Grievance Redressal Officer at GRO Escalations.
Level 4 :
If customer is not satisfied with the resolution provided at Level 3, he/she contact Nodal Officer/Ombudsman:
