Grievance Redressal
Level 1 :
Firstly, customer submit grievance.
Call Customer Service Helpline number 1860 266 7766 (for calls within India) or 022-61930777 (for contacting us from outside India) to report grievance.
Customer can also write registered email ID at [email protected]
If customer are not satisfied with the resolution receive, than customer may approach Level 2 of the Escalation Matrix.
Level 2 :
If customer are not satisfied with the resolution, than customer may approach Level 3 of the Escalation Matrix.
Level 3 :
If the resolution is still not up to expectations, customer can approach Grievance Redressal Committee.

If concern remains unresolved, than customer may approach the Insurance Ombudsman for redressal.
