Level 1 : Contact Us

Go to QRC (Queries, Requests&Complaints) section in website and raise the Request/Complaint.
Send email to [email protected], call on 18002098700 or walk in to any of our IndiaFirst Life branch and submit your grievances.
You can also mail/courier at the address or contact grievance redressal officers in your city mentioned in the table below.

Level 2 : Take Your Grievance Further

A written communication starting reasons of either redressing/rejecting the grievance will be sent to you within 15 days from the date of receipt of the grievance.
In case of no revert from you, within 8 weeks from the date of your receipt of our response, the complaint will be treated as closed.
If you are not satisfied/not received any response within 15 days, then, you may approach Grievance Officer at any branch or write to our Grievance Redressal Officer at [email protected].
An Acknowledgement to all the grievances will be sent within 3 days of the receipt.
