Grievance Redressal Mechanism
For General
Level 1 : The client can send an email on, [email protected] for grievances/complaints.
Level 2 : In case the issue is not resolved within 7 days or client is not satisfied with the response at level 1, the client may write to Compliance/Grievance Officer on [email protected].
Level 3 : If the case is not resolved within 7 days after writing to the Grievance Officer the Client may write to the Director of INDmoney on [email protected].

Step 1 : Channel for communication Grievances to be submitted on [email protected] and will be given acknowledgement receipt within 5 days of the receipt of complaint. Based on the type of Grievance the company shall address the complaint within 30 days from the date of the receipt of complaint.
