Shipping
Shipment time of order is between 5-7 Days dispatch and the postal authorities within 2 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
If your order cannot be delivered, the shipping company will leave information of their visit, including a number to call.
Warranty
Warranty is applicable only in India for Harman consumer audio Products purchased through authorised Harman dealers or distributors in India.
The products are duly presented for warranty service within the Warranty Period.
Product including components provided will be free from defects and materials for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
Cancellation & Refund
There will be no cancellation available on limited occassion offers and also on order placed under the same day of delivery.
Customer can cancel the order and the full amount will be refunded back to the customer within 14 working days.
