Once the order is placed, it takes 5 to 7 business days to dispatch after placing the order. Then 4 to 5 business days for it to get delivered.

International shipping charges are INR 2500 (0.6kg - 2kg ).

It takes around 10-12 business days for the delivery.

Prices are inclusive of shipping charges. Any other charges like import duty has to be born by the customer.

Cancellation is only available when order is cancelled before shippment.

If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.

Refund would be processed within 4-7 days after the product is received back to warehouse.

You have to raise an exchange request within 10 days of receiving the product and company will arrange for the pick up from your doorstep.

Replacement product to you within 5-7 working days.
