You can also send your query at the Post/Courier/Walk-in address of your nearest branch office or correspondence address.
Time limit for your complaints given below:
If your query is related to "All complaints" related to KCCL Digital TV, it will take to resolve Within 48 hours .
If your query is related to "No signal" error, it wil take to resolve Within 24 hours, and in any case within 3 days.
If your query is related to "Billing related", it will take to resolve Within 48 hours, and in any case within 7 days. In case of refund- within 30 days of receipt of complaint.
If your query is related to "Malfunctioning of STB", it will take to resolve Repair Within 24 hours or replace without any extra charge with a new STB (if covered within Warranty or acquired on hire purchase scheme or rental basis )
