Shipping/Delivery
For Domestic Orders
Order is delivered within 2-5 days. For metros & tier 1 cities, it is delivered within 3-4 working days, for tier 2 & 3 cities & rural areas within 5-7 working days.
For International Orders
Order will be delivered between 8-20 days, depending upon the customer's location and clearance procedure.
Return/Refund/Cancellation
Return request can be raised within 48 hours of delivery of the product, support team will get back within 48 hours of receiving the request.
Once the return product is received by the company, quality check is conducted on the product and after it is approved for return, refund will be initiated in 48 hours.
Refund will be credited to account within 3-5 days.
Order can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation beyond 24 hours will be at the discretion of Koskii & the refund would only be in the form of a credit voucher code.
