Grievance Redressal
If a you have any query complanits or a grievance, pls follows the given level:
Response to a user's query/ concern – 24 Business hours Follow-up queries – 48 Business hours Customer grievances resolution process – 15 Business Days
Level 1
Click ‘Contact Us’ on website to submit the complaint along with the Reference number.

In case you did not receive a response within the specified time at Level 1 or you are not satisfied with the resulution, you may escalate the complaint to the next level .
Level 2
You can address the grievance to the below address for escalations:

After all levels - In case the complaint / dispute is not redressed within a period of 30 days, you may appeal to the Officer -in-Charge of the Regional Office of Department of Non-Banking Supervision:
