Grievance Redressal

Step 2
If you are not satisfy or the response or resolution does not meet your expectations, you can escalate your grievance to Manager via email at: [email protected]
Step 3
If you are still not satisfied with the resolution provided by the manager , you can further escalate your grievanceto Service head via email: [email protected]
Step 4
After all this level, if you are still unhappy or not getting the response, you can directly contact to the Grievance Redressal Officer (GRO) appointed at Statewise Branches.
