Return & Refund
The Buyer shall be permitted to return a Product with manufacturing defects/ tempered packaging provided the Buyer informs about the same within 3 days of delivery by getting in touch with the Customer Care service [email protected]
Refund will be made to the Buyer once the return is accepted by Livpure the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days. For Cash-on-Delivery orders the refund shall be processed within 10 to 12 working days.
