Standard Orders are mostly delivered within 1-4 days excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Order status can be tracked 24 hours after it is dispatched from the warehouse.

If the product is damaged/faulty or customer does not like the product, simply return the unused product within 15 days and full refund will be provided.

For payments through debit/credit card, refund will be credited to the same card.

In case of returning the product in the store, the customer must carry same card to the store.

For cash on delivery payment, customer care will contact via email to share bank details and then initiate to transfer for the refund within 24-48 hours. It will take additional 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in the account.
