Cancellation, Returns & Refund

Order can be cancelled before the shipment.

Once order get cancelled amount will be refunded for 'prepaid orders'.

IF you received a damaged product, it must be reported via email at [email protected] OR call 8010407407 within 48 hours of delivery with an image of the damaged product along with the packaging pictures.

In case of pre-paid order, the refund will be processed through payment gateway or any other online banking / electronic funds.

For cash on delivery transactions, refunds, if any, will be made via demand draft/NEFT/Cheque etc.
