If you face any fraud or scam email at [email protected], complaints related to ‘fraud and risk assessment’ take longer time to investigate.
They will response within 48 hours of receiving the complaint and try to resolve all your complaints/queries within 7 business days.
For refunds issues, it may take 3-10 days to reflect money into the account.
