Return, Replacement & Refund

Step 1:

If you have any product related query complaint you can register your query by either by sending Whatsapp/Call on 0120-6787437 or send email on [email protected] .

You have to register complaint within 24 hours of receiving your order .

Step 2:

After this you have to generate pickup request through the same mode of communication given above. Pickup will be done after 4 to 5 days of request.

Pack the product with the original invoice/bill request and you fill Return Form & put it in the same order return box.

If reverse pickup not available, send the product through courier or post in the same address written in the front page of your order.
