Cancellation/Refund
To cancel tickets booked through the Nuego website or app, follow these steps: Sign into the app and click on "Manage Booking." Navigate to "Upcoming Trips" and select the PNR you want to cancel. At the end of the PNR details, click on "Change Booking" and choose the option to cancel the booking.

Cancellation charges apply according to the cancellation policy
