On successful registration, login using credentials and click on Services Menu --> All Services --> Directorate of Health Services --> Issue of order for Water/ Electricity Connection and Sanitary Convenience

Fill in the application form.

Upload the neccessary documents.

Click on submit application button to submit the application to the department.

An acknowledgement SMS and Email will be sent on submission of application. Note the acknowledgement no. for application tracking.

Fill in the grievance details.

Attach documents supporting your grievance if any.

Submit the application and note the acknowledgement no. for status tracking.

Note: List of subjects/topics which cannot be treated as grievances are RTI matter, judicial matter, religious matter, foreign governments, suggestions to the government & grievances of government employees concerning their service matter.
