Procedure To File Complaint Online
Step 1
Go to official website and click on File a Complaint option.
Step 2
Here you have to fill the Captcha and read the guidelines given below.
Step 3
You have to fill you name and mobile number to generate OTP for complaints
Step 4
After that, fill your complainant category ie, your email, district or firm name whome you have to complaint.
Step 5
In this step, you have to confirm your details for future processing, select on OK.
Step 6
After all this, the screen reflect the message about the confirmation of your complaint. You can also download it in the Pdf form.
