Return/Refund/Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled after the invoice has been processed and issued.
Before issuing of invoice, order can be cancelled by referencing the unique tracking identity number and sending a cancellation request to [email protected].
In case customer is not satisfied with the product or the product is damaged, return request must be initiated with 7 days of delivery.
Return will only be processed when it fulfills the conditions set up at the time of return.
Refund of the product will be processed within 15 days from the day the company verify the return request.The amount shall be refunded through the same mode of payment.
For damaged product shipping charges will be refunded to the customer.
For cash on delivery orders, refund will be processed to customer bank account which needs to be verified by the OTP (one time password) to initiate the refund.
