Delivery of product will be made within 7 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
For all products over 2.5 kgs company may need to send it by surface transport with a concomitant increase in delivery time.
Cancellation & Return
There is no cancellation of orders placed under the ‘Same Day Delivery’ category.
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.
Customer can return and exchange product within 15 days from the date of delivery.
For damaged/defective product customer can notify company by mailing at [email protected] with the receipt of damaged/ defective product within 48 hours of delivery.
Amount will be refund back to the customers within 7 working days of the returns process being completed.
