Warranty
An exclusive offer 24-month warranty from the date of purchase against all manufacturers’ defects on all optical frames, sunglasses and prescription lenses.
Manufacturers’ defects mean flaws or defects arising from the manufacturing process. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage from handling or improper use are not covered.
Please note that contact lenses come with a 3-month warranty covering manufacturers’ defects.
Return
All of our designer eyewear, prescription eyeglasses and contact lenses are eligible for return within 100 days of receipt of shipment and you can decide whether you prefer to receive a refund or an exchange for another items.
Please submit a return request and Customer Service team will provide you with the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and the address to which the items will be returned.
