Refund/Cancellation
Please cancel reserved flight through the Solaseed Air Reservation and Information Center or the Solaseed Air website before the departure of reserved flight.
Fares that allow reservation changes: After ticket purchase, within 30 days from the day following the expiration date of the ticket within days.
The refund will be made to the designated account within 10 days after the refund procedure.
