Cancellation of ticket can be made at least two hours before the departure time of the service.

Cancellation charges per seat are as follows: Before 48 hours of departure 20% Between 48 hours and 6 hours 35% Between 6 hours and 2 hours 50%

Before 48 hours of departure 20%

Between 48 hours and 6 hours 35%

Between 6 hours and 2 hours 50%

Normally, the refund amount will be credited to debited account within next 8 working days.
