If you have concern or complaint about any of the services provided by TamilNadu Electrical Licencing Board, you can follow these steps:
You can lodge your complaint via call ,email, in person or through a letter to the Assistant Secretary.
If your complaint is not solved or needs the attention of higher official, then you may send your complaint to the secretary or president of the Board or contact them in person in their respective offices between 2.30 am - 5.00 pm.
It will take minimum 7 days and inform the actions taken against them within 20 working days.
