If you card is Lost,Stolen or Misused ?

If the PPI is lost or stolen, you must immediately report such loss or theft to Customer Care Centre at 080-6821 6821 and request for immediate suspension of the PPI.
If once the PPI is reported lost, stolen or damaged, such PPI cannot be used again, even if found subsequently.
You are responsible for the security of the PPI and shall take all steps towards ensuring that the PPI is not misused.

All disputed Transactions in relation to the PPI to be raised with Customer Care Centre within fifteen Business Days from the date of the disputed Transaction.
