Return/Refund/Exchange
Order can be returned/exchanged within 15 days, this option will be active within 24 hour from the delivery of product.
In case of cancelled/lost/undelivered product, complete refund will be provided.
Delivery executives will carry out return/ exchange within 4-7 days after placing the return request.
Refund process will be initiated once the return package reaches the warehouse and meets the Return & Exchange conditions.
If the customer return/cancel the order, full amount will be refunded except the handling charges.
In case of mismatch of size/defective item, replacement will be provided free of cost.
The return/exchange request will be cancelled if the customer does not handover the product within 7 days of placing the request.
In case the returned product that reaches the warehouse is found to be used, it will be reshipped back to the address and the customer will be charged with 85 Rupees as shipping charges.
