Refund, Baggage Rule and Rebooking
Rebooking
Rebooking is possible only up to 6 hours prior to scheduled departure.
Charges Applicable shall be Rs.1000/- plus fare difference.
Refund
If booking is done at a Ventura Office, the cancellation may bedone at any Ventura Office.
Mode of payment shall be same as adopted during booking.
The refund time may vary accordingly.
Baggage Rule
Baggage up to 7Kg per person from origin to destination is permissible.
Extra baggage may be allowed on a payment of Rs.50 per kg.
No check in baggage is allowed, only carryon baggage is allowed.
