How do I freeze or unfreeze my Wise card?
If you have lost your card or don't recognise a transaction, or don't want to use your card for a while, you can freeze your card until you want to use it again. Go to your Wise account in the app or on the website If you're in the app, go to Account in iOS or Card in Android. If you're on the website, go to Cards Select Freeze card
When you're ready to use your card again, follow the same steps and select Defrost card.
How do I replace or cancel my Wise card?
You can replace your Wise card at any time for a small fee.
Through App
Go to Card tab
Tap on Replace Card
Choose the reason why are you replacing your card
Tap on Replacement Card
Through Webite
Click on Cards on the left-hand side
Select Replace card
Select one of the options on the screen You'll see 4 options: I lost my card My card was stolen My card was damaged Support team suggested I should
