Product Delivery

The Products shall be delivered within 3 – 10 working days . In case of unforeseen / unexpected delay , the same shall be intimated to you.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation of orders is possible only before the order is Invoiced for shipment .

Once an order is Invoiced and Packed , it cannot be cancelled.

No cancellations can be accepted for those products that have been ordered on special occasions.

Return Request

The return request must be initiated within 10 days from the date of receipt of shipment.

The request will br entertained once the customer has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 4 hours of receipt of the products.

For Warranty

Zebcare warrants the products against any tech defect related to its components/ software/user interface if purchased directly from zebronics or its authorized reseller.

The warranty is applicable only for the products if Product is under warranty period Product purchase invoice/bill (tax paid) is available and shown during repair. Warranty and serial number stickers are intact and not tampered. Product is not opened/attempted to repair except Zebcare authorized centers and its authorized engineers. Product is not damaged,burnt,rusted,water-logged,tampered, etc
