Refund & Cancellation
For rescheduling patient shall raise a prior request on call on 9100852007 or email at at [email protected] with your appointment ID .
Once patient starts with the billing at Medanta clinic, any request for refund shall not be granted.
The stated amount due for refund shall be processed within 7 working days from the date of the cancellation.
The hospital shall not be responsible in case communication is not received by the customer due to incomplete address given by the individual.
