Cancellation/ Refund
cancellation charges for group bookings or special dates like holidays:
If you cancel 45 days in advance, 25% of the total booking amount will be charged.
If you cancel 30 days in advance, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
If you cancel some of the rooms booked, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
If you cancel 15 days in advance or later, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
If you made the payment through Credit/Debit card, there will be an extra 5% charge on the cancellation fee
confirmation/cancellation policy for weddings and large celebrations:
25% of the total billing must be paid at the time of booking confirmation.
An additional 25% of the total billing must be paid 90 days prior to the event.
Another 25% of the total billing must be paid 60 days prior to the event.
The remaining 25% of the total billing must be paid 30 days prior to the event.
If the payment schedule is not followed, the booking may be cancelled.
The full bill must be paid at check-out.
If the event is cancelled, the total advance payment will be kept if cancelled between 3 months and 1 month prior to the event date.
If cancelled 1 month prior to the event date, 100% retention will be charged.
